Since 7/23, I’ve been getting the same coldfusion error when trying to download any document from any DL site. Is SSRN aware?

    Error Executing Database Query.
ORA-12899: value too large for column “SSRNDB”.”DELIVERIES”.”DL_AGENT” (actual: 263, maximum: 255)

Thank You for letting us know. I’ve talked to Tara Benhke – head of our customer support, and she will get this matter taken care of ASAP. I will forward your email address to her to let you know when she has figured something out. In the future, using the feedback link on SSRN’s webpages will get any problem to the customer support team immediately.
