The Drake University Law School Legal Studies Research Paper Series features legal scholarship in all subject areas from faculty members, visiting scholars, affiliates and students of Drake University Law School. Founded in 1865, the Law School is one of the 25 oldest law schools in the United States. De Nederlandsche Bank (Netherlands Bank) is the central bank and financial sector supervisor in the Netherlands. DNB is also responsible for promoting robust and efficient payment systems. DNB Working Papers cover research on the five themes of the DNB research programme: monetary policy and price stability, central bank transparency and central bank communication, financial stability and macro-prudential supervision, micro-prudential supervision and behaviour of financial institutions, and financial literacy and behaviour of households and firms.
