While the research paper series promotes excellent scholarship in all these areas, it emphasizes the exploration of issues raised in the global business environment. <p>The <a href="http://www.law.stanford.edu/program/centers/rcfcg/">Rock Center for Corporate Governance</a> and the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University have developed a series of teaching cases on corporate governance issues. These cases increase the availability of quality materials that allow for an exploration of multi-dimensional and often complex governance issues. Cases are written from a business perspective, with an emphasis on practical implications for directors, shareholders, and managers.</p>
