Humphreys School of Law Legal Studies Working Paper Series showcases the diverse scholarly interests of the law faculty, including working papers, accepted papers, and selected published papers. While not reflected in this series, members of the law faculty also are prolific book writers, publishing a dozen books in 2008-09.
