<p><span style="margin-left: 15px;"><b>Description:</b> This journal distributes working papers, forthcoming articles, and submitted articles on all topics related to the regulation of risk. Risk is broadly defined in this journal as real, imagined, or potential threats to human health and safety, environmental risks, or financial catastrophes. This journal is necessarily interested in, but not confined to, discussions of emerging technologies and their potential risks. The approach of this journal is interdisciplinary and should encompass the work of lawyers, political scientists, anthropologists, economists, psychologists, historians, and sociologists whose work encompasses formal or informal processes to regulate, understand, or govern potential risks.
